Due to strict safety, temperature control, and quality assurance protocols required for laboratory research materials, special return conditions apply to protect product integrity and scientific validity.

Please review our return criteria carefully before submitting an authorization request:

Unopened and sealed items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products with broken, tampered, or altered safety seals cannot be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt.

We will gladly issue a free replacement or store credit upon verification of the issue by our customer support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

Step 1: Contact Support Email support with your Order ID and photo evidence (if damaged).

Step 2: RMA Authorization Receive return instructions and address from our compliance team.

Step 3: Lab Inspection Returned package undergoes seal and integrity verification upon arrival.

Step 4: Refund Issued Approved funds are credited to your payment method within 5–10 business days.
