Laboratory Packaging
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days prior to dispatch.
USPS Carrier Dispatch
Once picked up, an automated email containing your USPS tracking link is generated.
Delivery & Inspection
Verify package contents upon arrival. Contact support within 7 days if issues occur.
• Cart & Checkout
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $100.00 qualify for free USPS Ground Shipping, while orders below $100.00 carry a flat $7.95 fee.
• Processing & Transit
Please allow up to 5 business days for lab handling before shipment. Deliveries are not processed on weekends or major national holidays.
• Returns & Damaged Shipments
Any items lost or damaged during transit are replaced free of charge. Submit your order number and photos to our support desk within 7 days of delivery.
